Fans of “Wizards of Waverly Place” will remember Josh Sussman as the wacky and strange Hugh Normous, who laughably didn’t live up to his name. Hugh was relatively small, considering his parents were literal giants. Sussman had guest appearances on the first few seasons of the show.
