Back when the Russo family ruled Disney primetime, actress Jennifer Stone fulfilled the role of Harper Finkle, Selena Gomez’s on-screen BFF. While not a Russo, Stone still stole scenes with her on-point comedic timing that was perfectly in-line with her character’s backstory (Finkle was raised in a circus, so of COURSE her story arc is off-the-wall).
