In “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas,” 1998, Del Toro had to pack on 45 pounds of pure fat for his role. Not only was this not healthy, but the film got some sh*tty reviews. So Del Toro became one of those celebrities who gained weight for movie roles that ended up kinda regretting it.
