Of all the Riverdale parents then versus now, Munro might be the deadliest one. Could it be that Betty’s dad, Hal Cooper is the Black Hood killer on the second season of the series? While the killer hides his face under a black hood, his eyes are nearly identical to Cooper’s eyes. Just sayin’.
