In 2009, Sir Paul McCartney was one of Coachella’s excellent headliners. It was an emotional experience as his wife Linda died on April 17th eleven years before, he dedicated the Wings song “My Love” to her before he began playing it. He also dedicated a song to George Harrison’s wife Olivia who watched Paul perform in the wings.
