BBC America’s “The Watch,” based on stories from Terry Pratchett’s long-running Discworld universe, is another series that will combine police procedural and fantasy elements, though Pratchett fans know that this one will likely take a more humorous, satirical tone. “Game of Thrones” fans will be happy to know that Richard Dormer, better known as Beric Dondarrion, will star as Commander of the City Watch Sam Vimes.
