Avatar: The Last Airbender
Nickelodeon’s animated series “Avatar: The Last Airbender” earned a devoted fanbase among children and adults alike, but it’s probably best that we all forget about the 2010 live-action film adaptation. A new and better adaptation would go a long way toward erasing that bad memory, and Netflix seems to be on the right track with a live-action series planned for a 2020 release and run by Michael DiMartino and Bryan Konietzko, the creators of the original Nickelodeon series.
