When it came out, The Possession looked like a fairly generic horror flick. We would encourage you to give it a chance, as it has a hidden depth and interesting mythology at its core. This is in no small part thanks to Morgan’s melancholy performance, who emobides the film with gravity and impressive dramatic stakes.
