9. Cutting An Earthworm In Half, Makes Two Earthworms
Even though earthworms have the ability to regenerate, that doesn’t mean that if you cut one in half, there will be two alive earthworms. What happens is that when an earthworm is cut in half, the front where the head is, will leave and regenerate the part that it lost, but the back part that was cut dies.
