Boxer Crab

Boxing crabs are teamwork superstars. These Rocky Balboas of the ocean pair up with anemones which they hold in their front claws and wave around, kind of like pom-poms more than boxing gloves actually. This cheertastic display is usually enough to deter predators from coming too close but in case that doesn’t work the crabs do go into full boxing mode. Because the anemone tentacles are armed with stinging cells a punch from a boxer crab is serious business that can be fatal to some fish.
