An Alternative Theory
Zahi Hawass seems to propose an alternative theory and if this is true, it could surely debunk almost everything that we believe that we know about the pyramids. He says that the workers have probably been paid and they were certainly not slaves.
Why was this of great importance? It led them to a few more discoveries, culminating in learning how the pyramids were actually built!
