The Hidden Character Stone
The Hidden Character Stone is in a secret, mostly inaccessible spot in the countryside near Zhangbu in China. It shows a mix of Simplified and Traditional Chinese characters, and references the Communist Party of China. But as Traditional characters (and, indeed the Communist party) are relatively recent creations, experts can’t agree on how old these markings could be.
