The Coso Spark Plug
The Coso Spark Plug was found inside a hard lump of rock by a pair of prospectors in 1961. Picking up a geode, the pair cracked open the rock to discover an authentic 1920s-era spark plug in the middle of what is believed to be a 500,000-year-old rock.
