Letting a Toddler Drive
An unnamed mom from Beaverton, Ontario, Canada, posted a few videos on social media showing her 3-year-old steering the wheel of her vehicle while the child sat on the woman’s lap. Neither of them was wearing seat belts, which wouldn’t have made the situation any better, really. Authorities tracked the woman down and charged her with careless driving and parent not providing necessities of life.
