Dunking a Child in Water to Extort Money From an Ex

Laquanda Lenea Mosley from Georgia was arrested after sending her baby’s father, Kevin Banks, a video through Facebook showing her dunking her 5-month-old daughter’s head in water. She allegedly did this to get Banks to pay child support. She was arrested and charged with felony aggravated assault.
