Menacing a Child
Leanne Fischer from Mason, Ohio, stood up to a student bullying her child. Fischer posted an Instagram video in which she threatened the fourth-grade bully from Western Row Elementary. Fischer said she would strike back at anyone who went after her child. She got 14 days in jail and five years’ probation after being charged with menacing.
