Dangling a Baby Out of a Window
A man dangled his young cousin out of his 15th-floor apartment window in Algiers, Algeria. The Facebook caption read, “1,000 likes or I will drop him.” He was arrested and charged. But he claimed Facebook users altered the photo to make it seem like the child was in danger when it wasn’t.
