When the day that Melody was expected to make an appearance at the office arrived, she sneaked into her office with little Nora-Jo in her arms. Although it was difficult to answer the phone and write down appointments with her one free hand, she was trying her best. When her boss came around the corner and caught her in the act, she froze.
