Bringing it In
Ben Myers was intent on giving Brodie a great experience with his new fishing rod. He showed the young boy how to attach bait and the proper way to angle the reel out into the water to maximize results. Since it was his first time, Ben didn’t really expect his nephew to get anything. But all that changed when the little boy starting yelling that he’d gotten something.
When he realized what Brodie has reeled in, all that excitement turned into fear. His eyes were fixated on what was coming out slowly and, frankly, it was nothing he ever prepared for.
