Sir —
While I agree it’s reasonable to expect an adjustment period during which the public must learn about our new federal agency and what we do, I believe our outreach efforts are failing to deliver that message. An inordinate number of filing have to do with store marquees. The taxpayers aren’t paying for us to make field visits only to explain that we’re not the sign police.
