Team Rocket in ‘Pokemon’
Jessie and James from Pokemon’s Team Rocket are clever costumes for two or on your own. Their hair is incredibly simple to imitate with temporary hair-dye. You can either find their outfits online or make them yourself. Throwing a big, red R on the front of a white t-shirt might take you a few minutes. If you choose to be Jessie, don’t forget the green studs. They really make the costume.
