A sign at the entrance warns of “risk of physical and emotional injury.” Visitors come to see the grotesque scenes, including a doctor who hits a pregnant woman’s stomach with a sledgehammer to free her demon child. There’s even a realistic war scene with a helicopter with propeller blades.
