Charlie Parker investigated the case further but wasn’t able to find any conclusive evidence. He even dug up the family’s backyard to check for the boy’s body. However, he didn’t find anything suspicious. Nevertheless, Parker refused to believe that the boy’s family was completely innocent in his disappearance.
