Between 1953 and 1973, the CIA performed mostly drug-related experiments on individuals with the intent of essentially creating super-soldiers. Aside from high doses of LSD, other tactics used on subjects included hypnosis, sensory deprivation, and verbal and sexual abuse, which sometimes included children.
