Talking Smack
Synonymous with “talking shit,” “talking smack” just sounded so much cooler. At least, it did in the late ’90s/early ’00s. Today, you’d just sound super outdated if you tried to say it. If you say “talk smack,” everyone will talk smack about you and your old slang.
