Vacation robbery leads to murder

Sometimes, being prepared for the worst still isn’t enough. Janet Graaf was in the process of buying a home in Puerto Vallarta with her 21-year-old son, David Parrish, when they were jumped by a pair of would-be robbers who had tracked them throughout the day. In the ensuing fight, Parrish was shot by one of the men and killed almost immediately.
