Sorority sisters hit head-on before they even get to the airport

Members of the Alpha Xi Delta sorority didn’t even make it to the airport, let alone their Dominican Republic spring break destination when they were involved in a deadly car accident on the highway. A car going the wrong way on the I-75 hit the second of two cars on the way to Detroit Metro Airport. The driver and two girls were killed in the wreck, as well as the driver of the car that hit them, which actually burst into flames.
