Another victim of an accidental balcony fall, 17-year-old Matt James wound up going over the railing of a Panama City, FL balcony after pretending to fall and losing his balance. James, unlike Finley, though, did not make a recovery. And he wasn’t the first spring breaker to die that year, either — a 19-year-old fell from a different hotel balcony only days prior.
