Linda’s Attempt Fails
Unfortunately, Linda wasn’t able to claim the money that her husband took from her. According to the law, the thief cannot be charged if the theft occurred more than five years ago. Richard was, however, charged for the identity theft of Terry Symansky. Richard had caused a tremendous amount of pain to Linda, his sons, Terry’s family, his new wife, and his child. Linda’s sons Doug and Matthew were strongly affected by their father’s behavior.
