Filing For Bankruptcy
The police told Linda that the only choice she had was filing for bankruptcy. Linda thought it was unfair since she wasn’t the one responsible for all the maxed-out credit cards and loans. She had nothing to do with her husband’s reckless plan. Linda was also only working part-time to keep herself busy and wasn’t earning much. Her husband had always been the one providing for the family. After filing for a divorce, her situation became even more complicated.
