Oh, Chi Chi DeVayne, what are we going to do with you? I think it’s fair to give Chi Chi the benefit of the doubt and say that she was purposefully making a reference to her Season 8 garbage bag entrance look by showing up in this trash. But if she was going to do it she should have made it incredible. Instead, Chi Chi made her grand RPDR return in a leotard with garbage bag embellishments and an actual paper top hat.
