Upstate New Yorkers, Heather Franklin and her hubby, Ernest Franklin II, intentionally set their home on fire with their adoptive, special-needs son, Jeffrey Franklin, 16, inside on February 28. The worst parents of 2017 were charged with murder, arson, and tampering with evidence.
