Creepy and foreboding barely begin to describe the theme of the 1994 hit “Possum Kingdom,” a song about a murder at a lake near the group’s native Fort Worth, TX. The band broke up in 2001 but came back together for the album “No Deliverance,” much like their success, in 2008.
