The German pop star reintroduced jive dance to the 90’s era in 1999’s hit “Mambo No. 5“. But even though his mix of 40 and 50s music elements and modern beats were a hit, Bega’s other hits like “Ladies and Gentlemen” in 2001, and “Lounatic” crashed and burned.
