Janeane Garofalo – Colette Tatou, Ratatouille
In a film full of rich, multi-layered characters, Colette Tatou stands above. She’s fierce, bold, sincere, serious, melodramatic, and grounded. And she’s voiced by, of all people, Janeane Garofalo. Say what you will about her French accent, but we find Garofalo’s work astonishing. Her natural, neurotic timbre is unrecognizable. She has crafted a full-fledged character that exists outside of herself.
