There’s an Underground Base
There are theories that there is a base directly under the Dulce Base where tons of alien secrets are kept. Of course, there’s no actual proof that this underground facility exists or that it contains any out-of-this-world evidence. Then again, there’s no proof that there isn’t any evidence either.
