4. 1970-71 Baltimore Bullets

The Bullets featured a pair of Hall of Famers in Earl Monroe (pictured) and Wes Unseld, but despite missing just nine regular season games between them, their team went just 42-40. They had the 12th-best offensive rating out of 17 teams, and the seventh-best defensive rating. A Bucks team led by a young Kareem Abdul-Jabbar swept them in the Finals.
